We're in West Berkeley at 2117 San Pablo Ave, sandwiched between Lavender Bakery and Heads and Tails Barbecue.

Unlike El Cerrito, Berkeley won't have a dedicated lot, but there's plenty of street parking right out front on San Pablo Ave and in the surrounding neighborhood. Just a heads up that San Pablo is metered, so give yourself a few extra minutes before class to park and pay!

Yes! El Cerrito friends, rest easy! You may use your current membership at either studio!

All Standard Unlimited Memberships, 8 Class Monthly Membership, and 12 Class Monthly Membership will work at both locations for all class formats. With the exception of the Berkeley Founding Memberships.

Our specially priced Founding Memberships will ONLY work for our Berkeley location. Stay tuned for their launch in the coming weeks to secure yours!

Not at all! XFORMER is and always will be our #1 love and the heart of what we do at Plank + Power.

Power Pilates Mat classes are a fun addition sprinkled throughout the week, but we are first and foremost an XFORMER studio! Expect the vast majority of our schedule to be XFORMER with about one mat class a day offered.

Mat classes at Berkeley won't be heated, but trust us, you'll still feel the burn! They’ll take place in our mezzanine; a light filled sanctuary with a gorgeous patio right outside!

You can expect to see some of your El Cerrito faves, plus some bright new faces who are ready to bring the heat!

A lot, but also not a lot at all! You'll get the same XFORMER machines, instructors, and community feel you already love, with some exciting additions: 14 machines total, a dedicated changing room, mat classes, and a bigger space overall. More room, more fun, plus some surprises we aren’t quite ready to share!

Yes! Once we're open, a Berkeley tab will appear in your app and you'll be able to book both locations in one place. 

We’ve chosen to stay independent so we can focus on building a strong community and delivering a high-quality experience. It also ensures we can properly support our instructors, which is non-negotiable for us.
