Plank + Power offers 45 minute classes that incorporate pilates, cardio and strength training together for the most efficient workout you’ve ever done.

We work each muscle group at a slow and controlled pace removing any momentum to activate slow twitch muscle fibers, helping you build stamina and get stronger. After just one class we think you’ll agree that moving slow is so much harder! Most importantly, as intense as Plank + Power classes are on our muscles, it is low-impact and gentle on our joints and spine, making classes accessible to all fitness levels.

We know starting a new routine can feel intimidating.

We will always encourage you to listen to your body whether that means scaling back with a modification or ramping up for an extra challenge. Come as you are, we’ll meet you there.
